We had our duct work cleaned by another company last year and there was still visible dust and debris in the duct. And there were totally incapable of cleaning the main trunk line.
I am confident Air Specialties did a great job. Kevin sent before and after pictures and videos of the main trunk and ducts throughout the whole process. And they will actually remove mold if they find it. Great job. I will recommend them to anyone that needs duct cleaning.

Air Specialties is an exceptional company. They won't just tell you about the condition of your ductwork, they show you videos of all of it. And they don't just tell you that they've finished, they show you videos of all of it again! Kevin provided a quote and an explanation of the work to be performed - Austin, Wes and Cliff came to do the work and exceeded my already high expectations. Thank you all for the great job!

Air Specialties LLC was an absolute standout. After my home flooded and construction wrapped up, I needed the ducts cleaned. Out of all the companies I contacted, Air Specialties was the only one where the owner, Kevin, came personally to meet me. He not only inspected my home but took the time to educate me on proper air duct cleaning and how some companies cut corners. He even said, whether I used them or not, he just wanted me to be informed so no one could take advantage of me.

Kevin’s thoroughness set the tone. His team Austin and Wesley sent me video footage of every single duct before and after cleaning. They stayed in constant contact, showed up exactly on time, vacuumed everything afterward, and left my home exactly as they found it—just cleaner! They spent the whole day ensuring everything was sanitized and spotless. The level of professionalism was unmatched. I can confidently say you won’t find a better air duct company in Knoxville. They are worth every penny, and you truly get what you pay for. I am incredibly thankful to have found Kevin and his team, and I will absolutely be recommending them in the future.

I highly recommend Air Specialties to anyone dealing with a mold issue. Austin, Cliff and Wes were very professional and explained everything and sent videos of all work they completed. They are outstanding and clean all of your duct work and vents and keep you informed of all of their findings and go above and beyond on every detail. Amazing work!
