I've been in the indoor air quality business since 1988, specializing in improving the quality of air in residential and commercial settings. I've found that the key to maintaining high air quality is doing it right the first time. We not only clean the supply lines, but also always open up the trunk lines that feed supply lines. For any air quality issue you can see, there are several you cannot see. When mold is involved we are careful to not only treat contaminated areas, but to also build a containment to make sure there is no cross contamination from affected areas to unaffected areas. We use air scrubbers inside the containment to make sure there is no cross contamination and to prevent the problem from recurring.
